Color for the Weekend

This time of year can often feel a bit brown. I love interjecting bright color into the everyday. Oliver Schwarzwald does such a fabulous job of it in his color series. Doesn’t it just make you happy! We are off and traveling home today for the holiday. I am really looking forward to getting away with the husband for a couple days, shopping, eating, and celebrating with the family.

While we drive today, here are a few links I know you’ll love:

Pretty glitter glass

My favorite advent calendar

A lamp made from 99 cent hula hoops

Instagram finally has web profile pages up, here is mine. I started late on the Instagram fad and am still looking for great feeds to follow. What is your Instagram page? Do you know of any amazing feeds I should follow? Thx!

Painted herringbone floors

A gorgeous holiday table in white

I’m loving simple trees this year

What’s your favorite part of the Thanksgiving feast? Mine is the appetizer spread, especially when it looks like this.

Would you try sweet potato marshmallows?

And a sneak peak of the holiday issue posted on Facebook, we are counting down the days…

Have a happy weekend friends.
