Some weekends all we want to do is brunch! Spending time lingering over croissants + coffee and deeply enjoying the time we have to relax is exactly what our weekends are for. Lately I’ve realized there’s no need to wait until Sunday to brunch. With all of the crazy weather and school cancellations this year, we’ve used the some of the mid-week downtime to brunch with friends.
Basically when it comes down to it… I’m always ready for brunch!
While I start getting my flowers balanced for this weekend’s brunch bouquet… here are a few things great for a brunch filled Sunday (or Tuesday!).

A Perfectly Balanced Bouquet
Fresh flowers are essential to every brunch celebration. Creating a balanced bouquet is easy when you know the flower bouquet formula. Here’s a trick to create full and vibrant bouquets for all our brunches + parties:
- 4-5 large head flowers (like these Peonies), Hydrangeas or Gerber Daisies would also work.
- 1 bunch of small head flowers
- 1 bunch of colorful filler
- A couple long green stems like Eucalyptus or Magnolia
Balanced bouquets give the best look for brunch, Valentine’s Day, or for around the house any day. Because, we can all plan to harness those lingering brunch vibes whatever the weekend holds.
