How to make plaster flowers | A Subtle Revelry

Creating seating cards for a party or wedding that look like mini-pieces of art is easy with a stash of faux flowers (you can find great ones at the dollar store) and air dry plaster. Be warned this project is a bit messy, but simple to do and its pretty design completely makes up for a couple spills you might encounter.

To make the flowers simply fill a plastic cup with your plaster mix, cut the stems off the faux flowers, tie a string on the end and dip each one in. Hang to dry. The remaining stem pokes perfectly through canvas for an artistic standing display.
