Trying Queso Dip on the side has become a big win in our house. Here is a great recipe we tried alongside our last tailgating chili night.
Make Velveeta-Rotel’s Famous Queso Dip by using one pound VELVEETA®, cut into ½-inch cubes and 1 can RO*TEL® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained.
- Mix ingredients in 2-qt. microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
- Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, crackers, or tortilla chips.
If you’re having more than a few friends over, simply double the recipe and use one whole 2 lb. package of VELVEETA and 2 cans of RO*TEL.
