We have had the fun chance to work with HP this summer on a mini-series that was all about creating together as a family. We are prepping for a road trip this week and allowing the kids to design their own short story books has been a great way to get them excited about the very long car ride ahead of us. We used our new HP Envy x2, HP Envy e-All-in-One Printer and the Fresh Paint program to create the books and it was crazy simple (I think this will become a new vacation prep tradition).

Inside the Fresh Paint program there are basic page templates, perfect for four year olds. I helped the kids grab the pages as they shared their imaginary story lines. Then they used the touch screen to color each of the pages in. We printed and bound the books and all of a sudden my kids have become their own little publishers (love the benefits of technology!). We anticipate these self-made books will make our summer travels much more fun.
