Now that spring is officially (yay!) there are more than enough reasons to wrap presents. Between birthdays, weddings, and Mother’s Day we are often caught wrapping up last minute gifts right about now.
Using clean white paper + a sharpie is a fun & quick way to turn every package into a miniature work of art! No need to keep expensive and fancy wrapping paper at home when you can make something this great in under 5 minutes
DIY Gift Wrap with Sharpies
To make the sharpie wrapped presents you will need:
- White computer paper or white rolled paper for larger presents
- Sharpies
- Ribbon and bows for trim
How to make DIY Gift Wrap with Sharpies
- Lay out the paper and write in whatever festive words come to the graphic blocked look comes from writing in rectangular blocks on the paper leaving white space between. Allow the marker print to dry for about 5 minutes before wrapping the presents.
- Wrap the presents in the sharpie printed white paper and tape closed.
- Add on simple ribbons or glitter trimmed letters to accentuate the gifted look.
If you have more time you can create a rustic variation of this DIY gift wrap with sharpies by using chalk pens or try white board markers for a fun take on the project.
