Donut ice cream cones

Today is National donut day! You can get a free donut, make a donut cake, make miniature donuts, or even stick your donut on a cone and call it ice cream if that sounds better. I love taking the kids to our favorite local donut joint to celebrate this rich sweet gooey treat every year! Free donuts for everyone… why don’t we!?! It makes any Friday sweeter. Check right here to see what donut places by you are participating.

After eating one, I was scrolling through Pinterest (I’m totally obsessed, you can follow me on Pinterest right here) and found a crazy insane number of donut crafts. Who knew you could do SO many different things with a donut!?! Try one of these sweet donut crafts in honor of the tasty holiday.
