Pom-Berry Bubbly

I absolutely love to throw a good party, but I am no mixologist. When I throw a party (especially for an awards show) I love having a signature cocktail that looks beautiful, tastes amazing and is easy to make! I adore this take of a pomegranate and champagne cocktail drink. It will fill your award party with all the flavor and color you’ll need to enjoy the show.

Ingredients: 1 ounce pomegranate juice, 4 ounces champagne, fresh lemon juice, fresh raspberries, and sprinkles.

Make a sugar water or simple syrup mixture. Dip your favorite champagne flute in the liquid, then in your bowl of sprinkles. Then pour your 1 ounce of pomegranate mix. Follow with 4 ounces of champagne, finish with your fresh raspberries – the more the merry and top with a straw and voila!

You could also try Rotel’s Famous Queso Dip, as a great appetizer to serve. Make it with 1 lb (16 oz) Velvetta and 1 10oz can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes in Green Chilies (undrained). Cube cheese and add ingredients into microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted, stirring halfway through.
