This weekend we are planning to bake like there’s no tomorrow! It’s the time of year when all my favorite flavors come out, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to jump into making cookies, sugared cranberries, and Christmas cakes. Before I head out to buy more brown sugar (it ended up hard again!), here are a few favorite holiday baking recipes to add to your sweets list this year.
Miniature golden cakes are a pretty solution for serving on New Year’s Eve.
These colorful funnel cakes look like little ornaments.
Scandinavian cookies that cannot be beat.
Nutella Almond Croissants for something even the grown-ups will look forward to on Christmas Morning.
Homemade peppermint sprinkles are a perfect for topping all types of holiday sweets.
Sprinkled ice cream sandwiches – use peppermints, golden sprinkles or this colorful selection for making holiday desserts merry.
A layered tomboy cake that will look naturally stunning surrounded by evergreen and lights. Top with pine needles, or place on a wooden stump stand for a very festive display.
Cotton candy smores will make roasting marshmallows by the fire so much more fun!
