Brownies are hands-down one of my favorite treats. That is true about most people I know. I can rarely resist the chocolate goodness a fudge-filled brownie holds.
The only problem I have with the treat is that it is… Just. So. Brown.
Well lucky us, I found a way to fix that issue once and for all!
These white chocolate confetti brownies are a fun way to whip up our favorite treats in festively colorful style. And the best news is… they taste just as good! So make a batch and celebrate… it’s going to be a very good day.
The brownies are made with Philadelphia Cream cheese, confetti sugar sprinkles and white chocolate. The result is a super easy recipe that has fudge-filled sweetness all over it. Since Philadelphia Cream Cheese is made with fresh milk, real cream and no preservatives, I know it’s the best way to finish off what has quickly become my go-to treat recipe.
Having sweet afternoon snack options is a fun treat when the kids have invited their friends over to play. These brownies are always a win to serve at afternoon play dates. I can make a batch ahead of time and add a few extra sprinkles just before serving.
