Easy Cheesecake Recipe
A cheesecake recipe from a box! Made easy and yummy with The Cheesecake Factory At Home Mixes
Ingredients
- 1 Box Cheesecake Factory at Home mix
- 16 oz Cream Cheese room temptaure
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs
Graham cracker crust
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 bag graham crumbs (these come in the box)
Instructions

heat oven to 275 and grease a spring form pan.
Cheese cake crust from a box

Combine crust mix from the bag included with the melted butter until well blended. Gently press the mixture into your cake pan, covering the bottom fully and up the sides.
Cheesecake filling from a box

Mix the cream cheese and the filling with an electric mixer until cream cheese is fluffy. Mix about 1 min on low and 1 min on high. Scrape bowl and add milk. Beat on hight until mixture is light and fluffy (about 1 min).

Scrape bowl and add eggs. Mix on low speed until eggs are fluffy and incorporated. Scrape bowl and pour mixture into [prepared crust.

Bake 45-49 minutes or until center has a slight jiggle. Then cool to room temperature. Add toppings as desired.

Once cooled, place pan in the fridge and chill completely (about 2 hours). Chill until ready to serve.

Once your Christmas cheesecake from a box is made at home and chilling away it’s time to get creative with it for the holidays.

Since these won’t come as food safe off the shelf, we add a small layer of plastic wrap to the bottom of each. It’s not noticeable to the eye and ensures your cute Christmas cheesecake decorations are as safe as they are fun!
