Creating fun balloon projects is one of our favorite things to do. Especially in the middle of winter, when a snow day is called again… a colorful balloon can be exactly what we need to brighten up the day. Sometimes I blow up about 10 balloons, toss them in the living room and the little kids are happy for hours.
For bigger kids, creating easy projects can make a long winter day feel more fun and encouraging creativity is always a win in my book. These embroidered balloons are simple enough that the entire family could make them together for a fun Saturday or snow day afternoon at home.
Thankfully, we have our trusty Balloon Time helium tank at home. So even in the worst snow and ice storm we can still blow up balloons! Some people ensure they have flashlights and canned goods when a storm is rolling in, but to us access to helium is right up there in importance. ;) I’m sure you understand.
See the full project & the super easy way we get the string to stick over on the Balloon Time blog.
