It was on this exact day 12 years ago, that my favorite college guy got down on one knee to ask me to marry him. We were so young, and so naive, and I am so happy I said yes! Matt and I took 18 months to plan our wedding, and married a week after college graduation. I’ll never forget the stack of bridal magazines I picked up hours after saying yes (long before wedding blogs were around;).
I’ve always loved weddings, and I have a soft spot for creating easy DIY projects that will allow brides to enjoy a gorgeous day – without breaking the bank! Here are a few favorite wedding projects from the last year that are a great start for anyone planning a wedding, or a shower in 2014.
canning cakes | sequin hearts | rosemary topiaries | paper flower garland | noise maker escort cards | polygon paper pots | miniature peach pies | garden stake seating cards | 3D heart garland
