folded felt wreath

A felt circle is one of my favorite craft pieces to work with. I cut up yards and yards of it for the princess in pink party last year and knew it would come around again. Threaded together in wreath form, the folded felt takes on a very pretty and grown up vibe. In pink and shaped as a heart it is a perfect decor piece for an upcoming wedding or shower.

To make the folded felt wreath first you will need to cut out small felt circles. Then snip two small slits in the center of each circle about 1/4 inch apart. Thread the felt circles together by folding in half and placing a small wire or thread through the slits. See a hanging pom variation of the project in my post today over at Project Wedding.
