Which Fryer Is The Best For Making Fried Ice Cream

Scoop out desired amount of ice cream scoops, freeze for at least 2 hours. .
Take your premade pound cake and cut into slices.
Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and 3 pieces of pound cake.
Use your rolling pin and roll out our pieces of pound cake. Make sure you flour your rolling pin to avoid the cake sticking to your pin.
Take your frozen ice cream scoop and place it in the middle of your rolled pound cake.
Using your plastic wrap, wrap the pound cake tightly around the ice cream scoop. Make sure your cover your ice cream completely. If you have any holes just pack on a little more cake.
Leave the plastic wrap around your ice cream and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Grab your vanilla cookies and mince them finely.
Mix 1 egg and ¼ cup of milk thoroughly.
Dip the frozen ice cream ball into the egg/milk mixture then into your minced cookie.
Drop in your breaded ice cream ball into your hot oil for about 15 - 20 seconds.
Helpful Tip: Use one hand for your liquid ingredients and the other for your dry ingredients. This cuts down on the breading for sticking to your fingers and removing it from your ice cream ball.
Serve the ice cream balls immediately with whip cream and sprinkles for a fiesta fun summer party that tastes as great as it looks.
