Kicking balloons

We are going to play a little game today. This weekend I will be switching the name and branding of our little site!!! I figured after handing out hundreds of business cards at The Altitude Summit last week it was a great time to change;)

The reality is this site was originally a family update, breastfeeding twins, photos from my latest outings blog. We’ve changed a bit since then! Although you can no longer find those personal stories here, the original and sorely outgrown name is still intact. I’ve come up with a name will reflect much better what we do, plus I’m very tired of writing the same, “no, I’m sorry but I can not design your custom cradle” email.

Have any guesses of what the new name might be? Comment, let me know your thoughts

I haven’t been a reader long so I have no idea what you might rename your blog, but I wanted to say I love this photo! The heels, the fuchsia balloons, the grass – beautiful!

I guess Handcrafted Celebrations? Just because I see that up at the top. :) It doesn’t matter the name though — I will always visit because I love the content.

Vicky! I have been following your blog since Dec 2009. I loved your original blog and The City Cradle name…it was what drew me to your postings. I’m sad to hear that you are changing the name, but Happy for all your success and growing business! You are in my Google Reader and I follow on Twitter and FB. I would vote for Hudgins’ Handcrafted Celebrations or Handcrafted Celebrations. All the best to you in 2011! ~PEACE

I love your site and consider a “must visit” when brainstorming party ideas or seeking a little festive inspiration. I can only imagine what name you might be thinking – perhaps “Life’s But A Celebration” or “Carefree Blessings.” Best of luck!

That photo is just darling, and while I can’t guess what the new site’s name will be, I can’t wait to see it! I’ve been thinking a lot about rebranding myself, but I’m nowhere near picking a new name!

I completely feel your pain! That has been my biggest debate for over a year now. I’ve got big plans coming, but I don’t think I will be able to keep my site and do what I want to do. Starting from scratch is thrilling and terrifying all at the same time! I’m sure whatever you decide it will be awesome and I look forward to following along!

PS Love your heels and I don’t think I’ll be eligible for cupcakes, so someone will have to eat one for me!
