making a room party ready

Back in April, I was asked to participate in a partnership with Pledge. I had the really fun opportunity to travel to L.A. for a two-day video shoot and we made a couple of craft and party videos. I normally try to stay away from the camera, so the entire experience was out of my comfort zone. It was pretty amazing for me to see how the whole process works and to get the chance to be a part of it.

I was blown away by how many creative and amazing people it takes to put one of these together; we even had a chef come out to feed the whole crew! I had the most wonderful time and worked really hard to get everything right. I will be sharing the videos (which are mostly projects taken right from this site) throughout the week this week and you might see them popping up elsewhere.

This first set of videos is all about getting a room party-ready quickly. Check it out for a few easy tips below.

Pledge Multi-Surface Everyday Cleaner dusts AND cleans at the same time. Clean up multiple messes on multiple surfaces, all while removing up to 90% of the allergens found in dust and leaving the finish of your surfaces unharmed. See how you can dust better and clean more at

Compensation was provided for this post and video series by Pledge. Thanks for supporting the partners that keep this site running.

  1. I wasn’t aware the Pledge made a multi-purpose cleaner. I should get out more often. I will have to give it a try. I also like the idea with the lights. That makes for great ambiance for any party, inside or outside.
