Oh, and if you need a snack for pre or post dinner, you have got to try Ina Garten’s caramelized onion dip. Serve with salt and pepper kettle chips. It’s life changing, haha.

And it really is important for your cream cheese to be room temperature. Otherwise the dip isn’t as smooth as it should be.
