the easiest way to frost a cake

Thanks to an old Real Simple Magazine issue, I’ve discovered the easiest way to frost a cake… with a comb! I tried it out and it works. Genius idea for last minute parties and homemade goodies.

Nice idea, I like it! It would be fun to play around with small or wide tooth combs too.

Sometimes I just want to hit myself upside the head… why did I think of this?! Although… I don’t have a steady hand.

This is awesome! I recently ended up muttering many expletives to myself when a cake took longer than I’d expected and I had to rush to frost it, Thanks!

[…] Ok back to the icing – I prefer whipped cream myself. LOVE this idea of using a comb to create a killer-looking cake. […]
