How to make a vanilla mug cake

If you don’t want the rainbows, try a plain vanilla mug cake

If you’re not in exactly a rainbow mood today (although, seriously… why???). Make the vanilla mug cake minus all the fun. Just follow the 3-2-1 rule we taught you above.

  1. Mix your Angel Food Cake mix together with any vanilla cake mix of your choice, make sure these are well mixed together.
  2. Put 3 tablespoons of mixture into mug
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of water into cake mix
  4. Microwave for 1 minute

Happy Rainbow baking in the microwave… which I assume will be done in your comfy’s with the fire on. Chilly weather is my favorite.
