1cupAny frozen or fresh fruit you can blendwe used blueberry, blackberry, strawberry, and peach.
1cupVanilla or plain yogurt
3tbsp3 tbsp honey
Mix with 1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt, 3 tbsp honey, 2-3 tbsp cream.
If using frozen fruit, let thaw first with 2-3 tbsp of honey per fruit.
Blend fruit and honey, set aside. Mix yogurt, honey, and cream until smooth.
Prepare popsicles by spooning the mixed yogurt into a popsicle mold, alternating with a spoonful of fruit - repeat until you are almost to the top of the mold. Take a skewer (popsicle stick will work as well) and insert into yogurt-fruit mixture. Swirl the skewer in the mixture, allowing the layers to mix in random patterns (don't blend completely or there won't be any white yogurt showing).
Place molds into freezer and allow to semi-freeze before inserting popsicle sticks. Allow to completely freeze and enjoy!
