Ingredients

Gingerbread house cake

  • Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cake Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ¼ cup water

Cream Cheese Icing

  • 4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all the cake ingredients together and place in greased sheet pan.

  2. Bake for 35 minutes in a pre-heated 325 degree oven. Allow cake to fully cool.

Mix the cream cheese icing

  1. Using a hand mixer, whip all cream cheese icing ingredients until light and fluffy.

  2. Use outline for cutting gingerbread house cake shown in video to create your houses and decorate.
