Make the cream cheese dip by placing all the above ingredients (minus the food dye) in a large bowl. Whip together until well combined.
Add in the food dye to get your perfect pink color, we used about 15 drops for this one. Mix well until combined with no visible streaks remaining.
Place a piece of wax paper into a shallow pan and spread the cream cheese dip on top. Place in the fridge for one hour to harden (this makes it much easier to shape). Remove the cream cheese dip from the fridge and remove from the pan. Place the wax paper on a flat surface and shape the cream cheese dip into a heart.
Cover the heart with the fruity pebbles. Sprinkle on top and fill all the sides in with the bright, fun cereal. Once the cream cheese dip has been covered, place in the freezer overnight to set.
Turn the cream cheese dip into fruity pebble treats by serving in small portions on cookies. The dip is a perfect compliment to the crunch of a cookie for a party treat you will serve again and again.
