Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Dairigold FIT milk
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup Mix ins of your choice

Instructions

  1. Start by whisking the milk, cream, salt and sugar in a bowl until combined

  2. Pour onto the instant ice cream pan and use the spatulas given to work it down into a thin layer.

  3. Quickly sprinkle on the mix ins of your choice and begin to roll the ice cream. Hold the spatula at a 45 degree angle for the best roll.
