Ingredients

  • 1 package Sara Lee Pound Cake
  • 8 squares Caramel filled chocolates
  • 1 cup Marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tbsp Coarsely ground sea salt

Instructions

  1. Thaw the pound cake per package directions. Once thawed, slice into about 2 inch slices. Use a small glass to cut a hole from the center of each slice which will become your smore cup.

  2. Use a small paring knife to empty out the center of each cup, making sure you leave a little pound cake at the bottom (don't cut all the way through).

  3. Now you have a small cup to fill! Fill it with caramel chocolate broken into small pieces.
  4. Just before grilling, fill a pastry bag, or a plastic bag works great too, with marshmallow fluff. Using a small tip, top each s'more cup with the fluff on top. Add in a couple mini marshmallows for fun if you have them lying around.

  5. Place each of the caramel sea salt smore cups directly on the grill grates until the bottoms get all toasty and the chocolate/marshmallows begin to melt.
