Blueberry Crumble

  • 2 pints fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)


  1. Combine blueberries, chopped basil and the juice from one lemon together in a bowl, toss to combine. Fill the containers with this mixture.

    Then combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork until combined. Top each fruit mixture with the crumble. You can do all this ahead of time. Just leave the desserts in the fridge until ready to bake.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place glass containers on a cookie sheet on the center rack.
