Filling:

  • 2 cups of unsalted softened butter
  • ½ a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Peppermint extract to taste
  • Green gel food coloring for decoration

Frosting:

  • Whatever is left of the mint filling
  • 1-½ crushed Oreos

Glaze:
