I am normally faithful to the eggnog martini as my favorite holiday drink, but this year I was encouraged to experiment. I created a recipe that I like even better (and one with less calories). A bright peppermintini! Served alongside the cookies at our tasting it was everything you’d except from a holiday drink bright, cheery and festive.
To make your own bright peppermintini combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass, top with Sierra Mist Natural and serve alongside scrumptious holiday cookies!
