I’m taking advantage of the holiday weekend by showing a good friend around my new city. I wrapped up a present for her daughter’s birthday with a bit of glitter ribbon! It was really easy to make by coating ribbon with spray adhesive and sprinkling glitter right on top. The sparkle brings a nice touch of glam to go with the gift.
Hope your long weekend is filled with glitter and love.
PS. Other links to inspire you until Monday, a Thanksgiving picnic, adorable little notes, calligraphy stamps, a hair bow to wear anywhere this winter, pretty photo calendar, artwork from leaves, and a guide for getting rid of stains this party season!
Plus, in case you missed it, my favorite advent calendar and advent wreath (can you believe it is almost here!) more holiday goodness coming next week.
blessings.
A little glitter just makes everything that much prettier…

Beautiful!! I absolutely want to put glitter on the gifts I wrap this year now!
Where did you get the wrapping paper?

bows and glitter – you won my heart over :)
Love it when “glam” decorating ideas are actually so simple! Thanks for this! (And that photo calendar you linked to is great, too.)
I can add glitter to anything but this idea is super genius! I will have to keep this in mind anytime I want to bling up a Christmas gift. Thanks so much!
Really cute.. and love how you used a brown bag to wrap it.
gorgeous and kind of messy! perfect.
I’d love to get a present with a bow like this!
