Todayβs quick-tip is two fold. First, I found these perfectly colored mini macaroons at Whole Foods over the weekend and had to let you know. For those of us who donβt live in big cities with gorgeous french bakeries, you can buy a pack of brightly colored ones there. Now you know!
Secondly, make the macaroons (or any dessert) special by using a quick cut out + powdered sugar and dust a simple design. I grabbed an old catalog and cut out a few shapes by hand. Hold the paper tightly while dusting and use a Q-tip to fix any stray powder marks. You could also print letters and use baking glitter to create pretty escort cards, like I did in last weekβs Project Wedding DIY. Either way, they are quick to make and lend that extra special touch to your gathering.
