Inside: The cutest and yummiest jolly rancher jello shots!
Who doesn’t love a delicious jello shot or jello for that matter?!? I’ve never tried the Jolly Rancher Jello until now, and let me tell ya, this stuff is tasty! So tasty in fact, I decided to make the best jolly rancher jello shots!
My favorite is the green apple. It mixes with the flavor of vodka SO well. It was hard to let that particular mixture set up in the fridge because I could have drank it through a straw. Plus, the Jolly Rancher Jello comes in all the colors of the rainbow, which just so happen to match the emoji hearts PERFECTLY.
These would also make a festive St. Patricks Day treat since that holiday seems to be fast approaching as well. Making these jigglers is as easy as, well, making jello. Anybody can make jello, and anybody can make these. Well, those of us who are 21 and older that is. Haha.

- Jolly Rancher Jello 2.79oz
- Silicone Heart Mold
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
How to make jolly rancher jello shots
STEP ONE: Add 2 1/4 cups of boiling water to one package of Jolly Rancher Jello. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Once the sugar is dissolved, you can now add the alcohol. For the first batch, I added my vodka to taste.
Once I knew how much to add, I was able to copy that amount for the other batches. Everybody has different tastes when it comes to how much booze they like, so it’s best to taste test the first batch. But don’t do TOO much taste testing if you know what I mean.
STEP TWO: Spray the silicone heart mold with nonstick cooking spray. The cooking spray makes un-molding these SO much easier.
STEP THREE: Very carefully, fill the individual cavities with the jello mixture. I used a small measuring cup and dipped that it into my jello mix, filling it up, and then proceeded to fill each heart very slowly.
STEP FOUR: Refrigerate the jello shots for 3 – 4 hours. Since these are small, they won’t take as long to set up, which means making six different colors won’t take as long.
STEP FIVE: To remove the jello hearts, start pulling the edge of the mold away from the individual jello jigglers, and the push the jello shot out from the bottom of the mold. Repeat steps 1 through 5 until you have all the colors of the rainbow, and enough shots for everyone to have a good time. Wink wink.
